Apple TV+ 3 months free - Blank page when trying to redeem offer

Any ideas?

Tried in different browsers, normal and incognito, etc.

According to the offers page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/claim-your-offer

Step 1:
Claim up to 3 months free Apple TV+, Music, and Arcade with any purchase on idmobile.co.uk from 14th September 2022 until further notice.

Step 2:
For qualifying purchases, on the order confirmation page you'll see banners asking you to 'Redeem your offers'. These banners will also be included in your order confirmation email and in an email sent to you by iD 12 days after your purchase.

Step 3:
Click the banners in either of these emails and you'll be directed to Apple's website. Follow the steps to redeem your offer(s).

Are you clicking the banner and being taken to this blank page?

Have you had Apple TV free before?

Hi Mohammad,

Thanks, yes I was following those steps. I haven’t had Apple TV before.

I spoke with Apple support and tried on my Android phone and that worked. Now when I try on my laptop it works too. So must have been a temporary glitch.
