Please I need help

ID Mobile has sent me a text saying my new SIM is activated. I didn’t order one, and now my signal is gone. 
 

How do I get my current SIM back working on the network?

 

I’m now 2 days trying to sort this out, while on holiday.

I’d recommend talking directly to iD customer service @LEEJA

Use the iD online live chat, Facebook Messenger, or Twitter (X) DM to get assistance with this issue.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

It seems you’ve also posted about the same thing happening 2-months ago, also when you where on holiday overseas - how did iD Mobile fix the issue on that occasion?

I tried live chat but have been continuously told they’re too busy and to try later…. 
 

last time, they were able to switch network back to my SIM. 
 

they’ve contacted me so hoping they can sort out again, but really losing confidence in this network that it won’t just keep happening!

Yeah, when things are working iD Mobile are great. 
When things go wrong, iD can be very frustrating to deal with @LEEJA

@Mohammed replied to your other topic about this issue - unfortunately, the iD staff only read user posts in this forum once a day @LEEJA. Some days nobody from iD reads user posts.

I’d expect it’ll take several days or more, before iD fix the issue if you’re using this forum for communicating with iD.
