I am in the cooling off period and would like to cancel my order and process a return. I have tried to make contact via online chat but am repeatedly cut off before I can do so.
To be clear, I would like to do so without incurring any for of termination fee.

Only 1 entry per person is permitted, duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.

One winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received. The winner will receive the prize listed above.
