I want to keep my old number

Okay @Shereen zumari, it’s not a good idea to post personal details in this public forum. 

Anybody with Internet access can read your post, and bad actors and scammers steal things from user posts. 

I’d suggest you remove the details from your post.

As advised above by @andewhite I’d recommend highly against posting information such as your PAC code and phone number on the public forum, I’ve removed the details from your post.

Your transaction number can be found on the “Welcome to iD” email sent when your plan begins, do you have this?

If not, please let us know so we can get in touch and take a look.
