reached my cap but have 4.2gb left? what's happening?

I have reached 80% of my cap but have unlimited minutes and unlimited texts and 4.2 gigabytes worth of data left where are my out-of-plan charges coming from? I arrived in Holland this morning but roaming is on in my settings

If you joined iD Mobile before 20th June 2023, then your EU roaming data allowance might be less than your plan’s UK mobile data allowance @Gail Huddart.

You can check what EU roaming mobile data allowance you’ve got with your iD plan online.

Hi @Gail Huddart 

 

Out of plan charges should be marked to say what they are in your bill, does it label the charges to let you know what’s been charged?
