Trying to transfer old number - request rejected

I keep getting the same error when I try to transfer my old number - The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. 

Your support ID is: 3258281635080882922.

Any ideas?

I have tried it outside my iD account and in my new iD account but it doesn’t seem to like the link (https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/).

I have the PAC from my old network ready to go.

Logout of you iD Mobile community account and then access the link.
