Ordered my new sim card with my monthly plan days ago. Got an email and have since set up a direct debit etc but my new sim card has not arrived and I have not even received tracking details.
If this is not sorted by tomorrow, I will have no choice but to cancel my direct debit and plan with you and go back to my old provider.
Please give me a tracking number right away.

SIM only orders are sent by Royal Mail - there’s more about delivery in the following forum article.
In addition, please note that when you cancel a direct debit you DO NOT cancel the iD contract, nor your order.
