down grade plan

I would like downgrade my plan to text unlim

calls unlim, and 3 gb @ £5 but cannot see how to do it

    If you can’t see the plan to downgrade, how do you know it exists? Are you currently within an existing contractual minimum term?

    Plan changes would be available in the iD Mobile app/website while logged in (after having registered) should they be available.
