I ordered the pixel 7 upgrade from the idmobile site on 25/8/23, with the free pixel buds pro offer.
The terms and conditions of the offer state. "Purchase a Google Pixel 7 between 16/08/23 - 29/08/23 or whilst stocks last and receive a pair of Google Pixel Buds Pro (Grey) worth £164.99, at idmobile.co.uk only.". I did not receive the pixel buds, nor, it seems, did many others. What is going on? How can I get these buds that I am entitled to?
