The signal is rubbish I am always on my mobile data I have never had a network that was so slow.

I’m sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’ve had issues?

 

All iD Mobile plans purchased directly from iD Mobile have the opportunity to return based on being unhappy with the signal at the beginning of the contract, has this option been explored?

Hi I was on 02 never a problem but when I switched always on data S36 1ey.  Out if contract time.

Seems that O2 might also have issues at your location @Joanne Mitchell
