I have the worst signal going, I use an unlimited in a router as my internet and have a good router and even an omni Ariel booster. Netflix buffers no matter the weather and I'm sick of it but I can't seem to speak to a sodding human! What do you do? The signal checker says it's awesome signal but it bloody isn't!!!

Maybe consider looking at actual signal reception using https://mastdata.com.
This site could have a good data set for the 4 UK mobile networks, for your area @Saralee

There’s a few gotchas with this @Saralee.

  • iD don’t have a telephone support helpline, they only offer online help & support.
  • iD only support use of their SIM cards in a mobile phone.
  • The iD online signal coverage checker is based on computer models, so the actual coverage at any given location might be better or worse than the predicated radio signal reception for that location.

Have you checked online for network faults at your location @Saralee
See https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support

There maybe a reasonably accurate source of actual signal reception online at https://mastdata.com.

Turns out there are problem this has been going on for a couple of weeks though. That is so shocking they don't cover it just as 4G... might have to rethink companies.
