The number isn’t recognised

I have transferred my old number with the PAC from my previous supplier O2. An android user

I can make and receive calls no problem. But not receiving calls, it goes to voicemail 

Could someone check this issue??

Forum members can’t look at iD customer accounts @Matthew Andrew

A faster way of getting assistance is via the iD online Live Chat service. 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays. 

iD also provide assistance on social media - contact the iD Mobile customer support team there using Facebook Messenger, or X (Twitter) DM.

Okay @Matthew Andrew, I’m sure iD will reply here in this forum, although it may not be @Tom.

The iD staff usually only read user posts once-a-day, sometime less frequently.
Communicating using the private messaging feature in this online forum is even slower.

This appears confusing @Matthew Andrew - You can make and receive calls, but you’re not receiving calls?
