Hi  I’m new to ID Mobile but want to keep my existing number. I have all the details apart from the transaction ID. I wasn’t sent a welcome email and I purchased the phone through e2Save. Can anybody help? P.S this issue of not finding the transaction ID has come up before in conversations. It would be really good if somebody could  look into it to make the transition a bit more smoother.
