Apple TV redemption offer taking me to the US page

Hi, 

 

I've followed the link in the email but it takes me to the US apple page and then when I click redeem offer it says that it's only valid in the UK store. 

I am in the UK.

I have looked on the apple site for somewhere to redeem the code but I can't find it.

Yes, I have, but I can't see anywhere on there to redeem the code.

Probably need to use iD Live Chat @interwebme, if redeeming the following offer isn't working.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hey @interwebme

Is the email you’re clicking on titled ‘Get up to 3 months free Apple TV, Music, and more’? 

If so I’ve just tested 2 emails and the links seem to work for me. The links do direct you to a .com URL. Are you using a VPN at all? Or maybe try clearing your browser cookies and try again.

Yes that's the email. 

I'm not using a VPN, I've tried on multiple browsers with cleared cookies. 

Do you have any other suggestions?
