Can someone tell me why my bill statement is in Chinese and how to get it in English please?

As a workaround, I’d suggest getting a PDF reader app on your phone @AliceKit + @BrianTet, so you can download your bill and open in the PDF reader app.

How can I get my bills back in English instead of Chinese I have logged on in the app and online and still not working

If you’re using an iPhone to view your bill @Chardonnay Desogus, it may not work correctly, but hopefully the workaround will display your bill PDF, whatever the handset.

It is an iOS issue and hopefully it should be fixed soon.

Hopefully the information that @andewhite provided should fix it.
