Previous number not transferring

When switching to ID I have provided the correct PAC code to transfer my previous number and I have been waited over a week since the date my number was supposed to be transferred. Has there been a problem with transferring my previous number?

I have the same problem. I entered my pac on Saturday or Sunday and haven’t been changed to a new number yet. V annoying !!

Number transfers take place between 8am - 10pm on the transfer date, according to the information iD publish online; so your transfer may not be completed until 10pm today @SolomonHann
