Is the voicemail pin that you use to access it abroad, the same as customer service pin? If not how do I find out what it is?

There’s a number options, including an option to manage the settings (PIN, etcetera) for your voicemail.

I think the PIN for the voicemail service has to be setup on the home network, not a roaming partner’s network. So you’ll probably need to be in the UK connected to the iD network, to work with the voicemail service and setup a PIN.
