I have been receiving text messages saying more information is required for my technical support ticket, but no indication of where or how to go about it.

Do I have to go through live chat every time?

Probably best to use the Live Chat @CarloLandrisian

iD Mobile only do online help & support - there’s no telephone support helpline.
