Why can I not move my sim to slot 1 and why does it say sim2
Am I being kept in slot2 where I can only make and receive calls and get 2g network coverage
Something’s not quite right @Donnie McCallum.
The iD Mobile network only provides 3G, 4G and 5G mobile services - there’s isn’t any 2G available with iD Mobile.
Perhaps you’ve got two active SIM cards in your handset? What handset are you using?

As @andewhite advised iD Mobile doesn’t provide 2G coverage so it sounds like there is an issue.
Please let us know which handset you are using and if you have another SIM in the phone.
