Number port update

In Friday last week -via chat- I asked about change my old number (with PAC Code).

Today is Monday- and still on my account I see my first number from ID- how long I must to wait with this changing?

Did they not give you the date for the switch over? When you do it online via your account, you choose the date you want it to happen.

Welcome to the Community!

As @Toby Field mentioned, you should have been able to select a date, which date did you select?

It can take up to 10pm for the port to complete on the port date.

Please let us know and we can PM you to check your port if required.
