Hi. My account is currently showing I have no option to change me plan, but as of 22nd, I have nothing left to pay, and am waiting for a new phone from a different supplier.

 I go on to PAYG or a new low price tariff if I’m only likely to be on it a couple of weeks.

Hi @Antony Barson,

Welcome to the Community!

If you are currently on a monthly contract you can’t change to pay as you go.

You would need to wait until you are eligible for an upgrade or plan change in order to change the plan.
