urgent help data roaming not working prague

Currently in prague and my mobile data is not working!! I have roaming enabled on my account, and on my phone. I have plenty of allowance. When i go on chrome it just says not connected to internet! Please help! I have samsung.

If you have got 5G turned on, try turning off 5G.

It  is working now.

I hust bought a 1g monthly add on so i have extra data. When will my extra usage show on my phone. Currently when i check my data allowance it just shows my original allowance. I have got a text from id saying i will be charged for the add on and it shows the extra allowance on my id account but not my phone

Okay @Zazalajanaka, the iD Mobile billing system records your mobile data usage, which is shown online in your iD account and the iD app. 

Your Samsung handset also records mobile data usage, but does this completely independently of the iD Mobile billing system. The handset has no process for knowing about your iD plan data allowance, nor any data add-on.

If you’ve purchased an add on and data is now working it sounds like you had ran out of your monthly allowance, we’d recommend using the iD Mobile app/website while logged in to track monthly data usage.
