How do I kow if Account is active

I registerd for a SIM ard and gave my account details for the DD. I have not recived the SIM after 8 working days and noonfimation email. Alos I do have contract documents 

How do I dind our if I have an account, how do I ge the SIM it’s now URGENT!

    Did you place your order online @Adam5?

    If you ordered online, did you make a note of the order reference number, shown after you submitted your order?
