I upgraded my pay monthly sim yesterday and received a text last night- “Good news! Your new SIM card is now in the process of being activated. The SIM should be activated shortly, but this can take up to 1 hour. We'll send you a text message to confirm as soon as the activation is complete.”
however 12 hours later my sim is still showing as no service? I didn’t request a new SIM card with the upgrade either. Not sure how to fix that or is it just a waiting game? Not really ideal not being able to use a service that I’m paying for right enough.
