My iPhone will not dial out. What is the cause of this? It has been a problem in the past but not recently.

I am having the same issue as well. Not sure but I am showing a no signal icon on my phone and I have tried a restart as well and it not working.

We did experience an outage which affected customers service including calls.
The issue has been fixed and your calls should now be working.
If you are still having issues, it may be worth restarting the handset.
