Refer a friend gave us £15 each not £30 each

Hello.

When the Refer a Friend emails came for both of us, we clicked on the Claim your Reward button and we were both taken to page:

Claim it!

I’m on 24 month contract and so is my friend I referred.

Is this a mistake as it said we’d both get £30 each.
