Network not available

My wife and I both have mobiles on iD. She can make calls but I can't. When I try I see the message “Mobile network not available for voice calls.” My phone settings are shown.

Have you tried restarting your handset @RichardC?

Thanks @andewhite . After restart I see some mobile signal level and I can use the phone again.
