Issue with my bill over my cap

I have an issue with my bill.

I tried to access the chat feature but its not allowing me to send messages.

My bill should be £12 a month but has gone up to £16.74. I have checked my billing and this is made up of £13+ and then Vat of £3+. I an confused as to the rise of my bill and would like an explanation  please.

Also to mention i have a £0 cap on my bill so I am unable to spend over my monthly limit. I have also not seen any additional charges.

Hi @Femi Awoyemi

That’d be correct, the usual billing cycle is 30 days, if you change your direct debit payment date, the billing cycle will one time be longer, therefore a bigger bill.

It’ll return back to the usual 30 days and usual price next month.

Have you changed or upgraded your iD plan recently @Femi Awoyemi?

Hi @Femi Awoyemi

On your bill what date(s) does the billing cycle show as from and to?

Have you changed your direct debit date recently?

Tom

Yes indeed @Femi Awoyemi - your screenshot shows a billing period of 06/12/23 to 17/01/24, which is more than one month, hence amount is more than the expected £12/month.
