Printing my Bill


When will I be able to print my monthly bill?

@Marty-X  Like yourself I was unable to view my bill let along download it via the app or via a Web browser. 

I found a work around (Android) on Friday 2rd February 2024. It had nothing to do with a PDF reader as the PDF file would not download, file should download regardless if you have not installed a PDF reader. You need a reader to read the file. IDMobile app is the most up to date Web browser I was using was Google Chrome. I installed Samsung Internet browser logged into my IDMOBILE account and low and behold I was able to download my bill PDF and view my bill at long last. I'd been having problems from about 17 January 2024.

Hi @Marty-X,

Welcome to the Community!

Have you tried downloading a PDF viewer and try and view your bill that way?

I would also advise trying to view the bill on the app and your account online.

If you still have issues, please let us know.
