wifi calling

Hello. I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 and use the 3 network mobile broadband for internet access. Should I be able to use wifi calling through the 3 network router to make phone calls?.

Hi @Camey, are you using a data only SIM? If so, this won’t work. It’ll need to be a SIM that has a plan with minutes included.

Hi @camey000,

Welcome to the Community!

As long as you can connect to Wi-Fi you should be able to use Wi-Fi calling on the Samsung A13.

Please ensure that Wi-Fi calling is enabled on your handset.

Hello

Thank you for the reply but I have since been told that the data SIM will not work for voice calling, is this correct?
