Contract Over But Worse Deal In the App


My contract is over and I'm going on SIM only.

In the app I can see 10G and unlimited calls and text for 8p/m

If I go to the website and not logged in, it states offers for existing customers and one at 45G and unlimited calls and texts for 7p/m

Why is it different? If I try login to the website it gives me and error and says I can't change plans.

The website has always shown an error for my plan details.

It's ironic that the solution is to ring when everything is set up so I don't ring

As all the deals you see on your account cannot be changed we can only advise to contact our dedicated Sales Team as only they can process sales.
