Have entered PAC code, transaction number (beginning with 4), surname and information is not being accepted. Can anyone help please

I had the same problem yesterday…. Went onto the chat and an agent sorted if for me very quickly

OK, thank you for that. I’ve done the same and hopefully will be good to go from this Thursday
