Sorry to hear about the issue you’re having with network coverage. When indoors or connected to a secure Wi-Fi network, we’d recommend using Wi-Fi Calling. This ensures you’re connected when in an area with weak network coverage.
As for our 4G network, our network partners Three are actively working on improving our 4G/5G network across the UK, which you should hopefully benefit from in the near future.
