Number not ported

My wife and daughter have recently moved from Three to ID Mobile. We requested both numbers be ported on Friday 5th April 2024. My daughters mobile has ported over with no issues. However, my wife's number hasn't ported across as yet. If we've requested this to be ported on a specific date is it normal for it to take longer and if so how much longer should we wait before requesting this issue is escalated

I can see this post was from 3 days ago now, can you confirm if the port has completed yet, or if you’re still awaiting completion?
