mobile number not recognised

Hiya this has always been a I'd mobile number bit it's coming up as not recognised on the app can you help me please

I've tried registering but still can't get on its becoming frustrating when will the issues be resolved

The team are still working on some issues with the app, they will resolve these when possible.

 

Unfortunately we don’t have a concrete fix date, sorry.

ID app does not recognise my number. This has been going on for a month. How do i use the app if i cant register!
