Hi I wish to bring my number to id mobile I can get the pack. Where in the app can I do the import I can’t find an option.

Not sure about the ‘new’ iD app, @Russ Haywood - anyway, you can also submit your PAC using the iD online switching form at https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/.
