Can I activate my eSim on my phone and smart watch at the same time?

Hi @FlowerGirl 

 

Unfortunately as @andewhite suggests, you won’t be able to activate the same eSIM across multiple devices, sorry.

 

It is also worth noting that we don’t officially support our eSIMs in any watches at the moment, so usage with one may vary.

    You’d require one eSIM for your smartphone, and a separate eSIM for your smartwatch, @FlowerGirl. 

    If you’ve purchased an eSIM for each device, it might be possible.

    Currently, iD Mobile only support use of their SIM cards and eSIM devices in mobile phones.
