I've tried to upgrade my SIM only deal from a 1 month to a 12 month deal. I've gone through the whole process via the app and I got an order number. The app doesn't show any changes yet despite the order being placed a few days ago. Any ideas? I haven't had any emails to confirm either

Are you still having this issue? It sounds like the order hadn’t been dispatched yet.
Are you sure this was an upgrade and not a new plan?
