Hi, I am new to id and requested a PAC number to transfer my old number from SMARTY to use with id. Did this over the weekend and because of the bank holiday was told it would be yesterday, the 28th that it would move over. I’ve had no word of this being done yet and still having to cart about 2 phones lol. Can someone help with what I should do next? Thank you

If your SMARTY SIM card is still working, your switch might have gone wrong,
Best option would be to contact customer service using the online iD Live Chat - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
