rifruffian's bill is wrong


I have received an email from iD mobile to my regular email address to inform me of amount of upcoming direct debit. The amount of  the DD bears no relation to my contracted amount. When I log in as advised to see my bill details , the calculations are just plain wrong. There is no doubt in my mind. How do I get this put right ? What I need is a new email to cancel information in the first email received 08 Jun 2024.
