Long story short I recently ordered a new monthly sim only account and today, my old number from another mobile provider was ported over to my new ID MOBILE esim
However after speaking with a customer agent online earlier today, there was a mixup with a duplicate order and it was cancelled in error / converted to a payasyougo.
By the time I realised it was too late to contact the team as it was past 8pm
My question to the community is this…
… have any ID Mobile customers had a similar issue in the past and being able to have their pay monthly account re-instated?
I want to go in armed with information first thing tomorrow when I get back in touch with the customer support team
