Can't complete purchase after over an hour

after going over again and again trying to purchase this sim deal, it won’t complete the last bit and finish. 

is it worth me pursuing?

You could try the iD Mobile sales team, on 020 7139 1397, @tarkac - the advisers work between 9am - 6pm.

Otherwise, maybe better looking elsewhere.
