I've been charged £18.35 when I pay £7 a month. How do I sort this out?

You should be able to see a breakdown of your bill via the iD Mobile app/website, and see what the charges are for. If not, or you have and you’d like to query them, then please contact us via our live-chat:

If you’d like to ensure you’re not charged more than your monthly contract price, you’ll need to change the bill cap via the iD Mobile app/website also to £0.00, or to an amount you’re happy to go over if you were to. Or, our live-chat team can lower this for you also if needed.
