cant access recomended plan upgraid

Hello, I have an offer for sim only upgrade on my profile on the app.  But when I click on the offer I am taken to a different not as good offer.

The offer advertised is unlimited data, unlimited minutes and unlimited calls at £10 a month for 12 months.

But when I click on it, I get sent to a deal that is £6 per month but only 8GB of data, unlimited calls and texts. For 24 months.

 

I'd love to know how to get the first deal that is advertised on my account please?
