I have moved from o2 to ID and everything is working fine but if I try to purchase anything online then payment is always declined despite funds available / card details correct et etc. My bank say it’s the mobile supplier’s problem but I’m not sure. Has anyone had this issue / can suggest a solution? Thanks”

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but is very unlikely to be a Mobile Network related issue. At what stage in the transaction process does it fail?
