Direct debit

I have been trying to, yet unable to chnage my direct debit with ID Mobile - because I am changing the bank account from which I wish to pay my SIM only £6 (now £7) per month deal. Now apparently I have managed to cancel the DD but not start a new one. So ID mobile service has stopped. Mercifully I had my work phone with me and was able to access Google maps to get me home yesterday as I was visiting another city when ID mobile decided to cut me off!!  I have just gone online and paid the outstanding amount, and have attempted to set up the DD (again) but now it is telling me that I cannot set up a DD because I owe money on the account.Money I already paid.  I posted up a question about this a week or so ago, but don’t know how to find the question to see if anyone has answered it. This is very annoying.

You should be able to update your Direct Debit information anytime in the iD Mobile App or My Account Online. If not, please call 0800 049 2376. With iD Community, you’ll get an email sent to the email address you used to register whenever you get a reply.

You should be able to update your Direct Debit information anytime in the iD Mobile App or My Account Online. If not, please call 0800 049 2376. With iD Community, you’ll get an email sent to the email address you used to register whenever you get a reply.
