Cancelling an order - live chat not working!

Last night I tried to upgrade my plan but ordered twice in error. Today I cannot access livechat to make sure the duplicate order is cancelled. Can anyone advise?

Use iD Mobile page on Facebook Messenger to send a message, they usually reply reasonably quickly.
