Used in Germany (EU Roaming) but charged for Rest of the World Roaming

Recently returned from Germany and had been using EU roaming…

But just checked my bill and there is an additional charge for Rest of the World Roaming (£10).

How can I contest this? I see no obvious way of contacting ID Mobile - seems to be a virtual loop you get caught up in.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hey there @Scottio, thank you for reaching out.

It’s likely that you either connected to a country whose border you were near, that’s not included in our inclusive EU roaming package, or you traveled through one of these countries.

Or, it’s likely that you were charged for going out/near to the sea, and connected to the maritime network.

I’d recommend contacting our live-chat to investigate these charges further for you if you need:

Thanks,
