I thought I had to give 02 30 days notice to transfer over to ID mobile . I have set it for later this month . Can I change my transfer day to this week ? I have given the PAC code ? Is there a way of speeding it up ?

The advisers work 9am - 8pm on weekdays - the iD Mobile chatbot works 24/7.
Tell the chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - repeat this a few times.

Not good waited 20 mins to get through , then when started putting in some details screen went blank ???

Facebook Messenger or X can also be used, instead of Live Chat, to send a PM to iD support,

Neither is pseudo real-time though,
Sometimes it takes an hour or two before an iD adviser responds.

Replies to a PM, via Facebook Messenger or X, can take an hour or two, but do sometimes take longer.
The iD Mobile staff working in this forum, currently seem ~2-weeks behind real-time.
