Changing plan

I read in here that as long as your plan is going up in cost, it's okay then 30 days and it's SIM only, increasing the data limit is ok and simple.

When I follow the steps and click on ”Change plan” it says there aren't any plans available at the moment.

Why can't I upgrade?

I'm currently on a 30Gb monthly and want to upgrade to unlimited.

Are you currently on a 1-month rolling plan, or have you signed-up for a 12-month / 24-month minimum term contract, @GarySillett?

As far as I know, it's a 12 month plan, but it doesn't say so anywhere in the app
